Traditional Brick & Stone Golf Day 2023

On Tuesday, June 27th, 2023, Traditional Brick & Stone (TBS) hosted its highly anticipated 2023 Golf Day at the prestigious JCB Golf & Country Club in Rocester, Uttoxeter. This beautiful and challenging golf course provided the perfect backdrop for an eventful day of golf, entertainment, and fundraising.

This year’s event proved to be a great success, with over £1,600 raised for the Variety Golf Organisation. Variety Golf is dedicated to providing access to golf for disabled and disadvantaged children, helping them enjoy the sport through various programs. Additionally, the funds support the charity's Sunshine Coaches scheme, which offers less fortunate children the chance to go on exciting day trips, such as visits to local parks or the seaside.

Variety Golf has put over 1,200 coaches on the road, making a significant impact on the lives of children across the UK. The funds raised from this year's TBS Golf Day will continue to support these efforts, providing children with memorable experiences and the chance to learn new skills.

A special highlight of the day was the presence of Ady Wheatcroft from ACE Golf Challenge, who entertained the guests with his renowned trick shots. His impressive golf skills added an extra layer of excitement to the event, delighting participants and making the day even more memorable.
