Completed in 2013, Parkside Quarter is a residential development offering over 60 private apartments with stunning views over the local park located within minutes of Canary Wharf and Stratford. Ideal for commuters heading to the financial hub of the UK.
The development, in partnership with Telford Homes, was constructed with sustainability in mind. Solar PV panels and green roofs were added to offset the carbon footprint, while still trying to keep the feel of the surrounding architecture. Our Mystique was the primary brick used in this residential development and further complimented by the darker tones of our Rustington Antique.
As you may have seen in other case studies we have recently posted, our Mystique is the go-to brick for developers! Especially in the London borough area.
