Completed in 2023, the Traditional Brick & Stone Rosado facing brick was chosen for the construction of 144 stunning new apartments in Oldham Road, Manchester.
In partnership with GMI Construction, Tim Groom Architects and Malborough Brickwork, this 12 storey development was constructed with the aim to address the UK's current shortage of affordable housing.
The Rosado brick with its subtle Salmon Pink, and handmade textured finish really stands out against the local architecture in the surrounding New Cross area, and we are proud to have been involved in this showpiece project.
