For this project, SMC Properties chose the Traditional Brick & Stone Maranello facing brick for the 21 apartments, ensuring the design blends seamlessly with the busy commercial surroundings. The Maranello brick adds a contemporary yet complementary feel to the development, reflecting the balance of modern living and urban integration.
